Objective | The project objective for Neuschwanstein Castle was to design a series of three book covers for three different volumes on the history of the castle. The second deliverable includes a set of playing cards that could potentially be sold at the shop inside the Castle in connection with the books. The objective was to promote the beauty of stained-glass windows in the castle as well as providing items for visitors to purchase.

Concept | With the intention of using the stained-glass windows at the castle as the focal element, the designs reflect the distorted view through the different colors of the windows, making emphasis on the unique offerings of this touristic location in Bavaria, Germany.

Theme | Particularly focusing on stained-glass windows and colorful patterns, this project adopts a thematic that uses vibrant colors and a distorted perception. The wide separation between the letters on the covers are meant to resemble the windows of the castle.
